TORCHLIGHT DESCENT

On Thurday, once the sun has set

During school holidays, the ESF Vallorcine organises a torchlight descent every week at la Poya. First, children start to glide down the slope: they will live an unforgettable moment for sure! Then, the instructor follow them to offer a colourful and luminous show. Icing on the cake: the ESF offers a glass of mulled wine or hot chocolate at the end of the show.

Ski Open is the national ranking for skiers. Each and everyone of them can precisely evaluate their level in comparison with others, with an additional percentage of time authorised (based on the time performance of one instructor at ESF Vallorcine). On Friday afternoon, we organise at the La Poya Stadium, Flèche and Chamois slaloms. The test lasts for about 40 seconds depending on the level of the skier, on a 30-gate descent.
